Mom is like so excited now......as of yesterday it is TOTALLY LEGAL for doggies to eat on the patio of restaurants in Tennessee......[as though it ever stopped mom]........hehehe.....but, now it is legal - of course it only applies to cities with a population of 100,000 or more...again, like it's going to stop mom.........But we celebrated by going out to lunch!!!!
and I got a new outfit to celebrate.......do you like it?

I was dreading the day when I might have to bail you out of the local jail for committing the heinous crime of having lunch.
