Good morning pup-pals - We are having such mild weather here that mom and dad and I got up and headed to Panera Bread this morning for a little breakfast. I put on my spiffy new tie that matches my spiffy carrying bag. What do you think?
Mom shared a little bit of her French Toast Bagel and Hazelnut Cream Cheese with me
I licked the cream cheese off - and left the bread part - I'm not a bread/cookie eater!!!!
Still licking my lips here..........
here I am watching the little sparrows who are eating the bread pieces AFTER I licked off all the good stuff.........I really wanted to chase those birdies but mom wrapped a leash around my tie!

Checkers, I have always thought that you are quite handsome, but that tie really does it for me. It is you. It must be fun to go out to eat with Mom and Dad, we can't do that here. Grrrrr. Maybe someday.

ReplyDeleteWe took your poll. We have doggie insurance, but have not been able to use it yet. First I had an ear infection, but it wasn't covered because I had one six months before we bought the insurance. Then Pee-Wee got his boo boo leg, but since the insurance only covers each incident she decided not to use it cause he didn't have anything bad this time.
Whatever.
Momma is going to keep track and see how the money balances out. I guess it is really for something VERY bad, so it would be a good thing if she doesn't need it.

If I could fit into a bag like that, my assistant could take me everywhere... at some point she'd end up in traction with a bad back, but it would so be worth it. I think I'll go order one right now. You have such excellent taste... what style/color should I get??

ps: we did not know tomatoes could be a tummy problem... we know about most toxic stuff and Sugar usually only gets one tomato no more... but none for her now! What other things can cause belly problems?

ReplyDeleteoh yes, and for your poll. I does have health insurance, I had it right from the day I was born so we is covered against any old illnesses and stuff like that. Mum pays more to make sure I have a whole of life policy, which means and injury or illness I get can be claimed for each time it occurs. We has not had to use it yet luckily, but we know how easy it can be through owning other pets.
ReplyDeleteMum had a cat who got hit by a car, all his injuries added up to thousands of pounds which my grandpawents owed for ages. I know dogs who have torned knee ligaments (like Auntie Penny did) and the specialist operation for a young dog can cost £4000 alone, so for us, it's worth it for peice of mind. Mum is glad to know that if anything happened to me and the vet said can we do 'this' she would be able to say 'yes' without stopping to think about monies.
AWWWWWH Checkers.....YOU are melting our mommy's heart... she says that the spiffy new tie fits your handsomeness so well. How nice of your mommy and daddy to take you out for breakfast with them. U seemed that you enjoyed your time with them
