Thanks To Tank and a little more

I would like to thank TANK for the pawsome birthday party and for his generous donations to shelters - especially for the donation to S.A.R.G in my name.

We've had some really lousy weather here which has resulted in mom having massive headaches - that's the bad news - the good news is she's been home with me like she is supposed to be.
I don't know if she will ever get back to blogging regularly - but she is trying - She told me she tries to read blogs but often she is doing it on her phone and she's not coordinated enough to type replys on the phone - it's easy to twitter but not blog - I don't understand this - but that's her story and she's sticking to it.

Another pair of her shoes got chewed up this week - she blamed it on me, sweet little ole me!!!! - but I learned from Sasha that there is a Scarlet Puppynickel - going around doing mischievous things - so I'm blaming it on him! What do you think?

  3. Checkers ~

Thank you for visiting our blog, we love making new friends.

Yes, please tell your human that the dasterdly puppynickle is responsible for any damage done to her shoes or anything else in your home; that should cover you... hehehe ;-)

If she does not believe you, simply show her Oskar's and Gus' posts; that troublemaker is everywhere!

  5. I was happy to make that donation Checkers. Sorry about the headaches your mom gets... that must be awful. Blogging is fun if you've got the time for it, but it sounds like your mom has a lot on her plate right now (that reminds me... sorry about not having your cheese snacks at the party.) Why don't you just check in when you can and not worry about it. Luv ya, Tank

p.s. thanks for being a "gay" Lhasa for a day
p.p.s. don't start any rumors dogs! it's the other kind of gay... you know... happy!

  6. Hi Checkers,
So good to see you back on. Sure hope your Mommy feels better soon. Those headaches can be TERRIBLE. Thanks for the idea about the Scarlet Puppynickel. I am going to have to use that one. A bit of a problem at the groomers yesterday. That will be my excuse.
    Thanks

  15. Hi Checkers,

I'm sure you didn't chew up your mama's shoes cause I bet she keeps them in the closet with the door closed and since doggies don't have thumbs, we can't open doors. Yep, it had to be that sneaky Puppynickle!

We hope your mom's head stops hurting and you get some cooler weather soon.

  16. Checkers, I am sorry for the mischief caused by the evil doer and especially that you got blamed. No fine southern gentleman would chew on a womans shoes. It was definitely the puppynickel and while I am glad he has moved from Michigan, I am sorry he chose your area. I am sorry for your Mom also, my Mom gets migraines and its not pretty around here when she does. I hope she is feeling better.

    licks and sniffs, Sasha
